Tuesday roller coaster
Morning: Find out car repairs will cost $1,021.78. Beg Amex to let us charge it to our card despite current high balance due to speeding ticket and vet bills. Sigh in relief when Amex proves to be awesome as usual.Afternoon: Find out one of my friends is more awesome than I even knew she was, and I knew she was pretty damn awesome. Kind of want to cry.
Late afternoon: Find out car needs one more tiny $150 fix before it's ready to go. Convince mechanic we deserve a discount since we just dropped $1K to them. Go home and discover that the plumbers who were in doing repairs today LEFT MY APARTMENT TOTALLY UNLOCKED. Fuckers.
Evening: Cure my horrible, terrible no good, very bad day with an Earl Grey tea au lait, knitting, and a warm chocolate chip cookie shared with a friend.
Tomorrow's going to be better. Tomorrow HAS to be better.
